MEET NICOLE
Nicole served in various leadership positions within the Human Resources field as a director and in senior level positions in corporate environments, as a small business owner, non-profit companies and government perspectives. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Covenant College, located on Lookout Mountain, Georgia. After having a successful corporate career, Nicole tapped into her entrepreneurial spirit, cofounding and managing a business where she brought together strategic insight and leadership abilities. As a licensed insurance producer, she specialized in Property & Casualty, building that line of business for the agency from the ground up. Her entrepreneurial background has honed her ability to approach complex challenges with a forward-thinking perspective.
With 35 years of proven experience in Human Resources, Nicole brings a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the field. Her expertise spans consulting as a civil mediator, employee benefits, project manager, talent and change management, investigations, and training initiatives. Nicole is known for her intuitive approach to navigating difficult situations and takes pride in being a trusted thought partner on all HR-related matters. With a particular passion for providing guidance on employee relations concerns, Nicole’s goal is to provide a people-first approach within any organization with results that follow.

Monthly Retainer
Think of this as ongoing support. At Total HR Consulting, we will be your go-to resource for employee relations, whether it’s routine day-to-day questions or more complex situations that need careful handling—all while keeping things aligned with your policies and procedures.
Project-based
After a focused conversation, we’ll create a tailored plan. This could include training, onboarding, talent management, policy and procedure updates, or even mediation support—whatever fits your needs best.
